Life is getting more and more lifeless
So, what's up recently?
Im starting to feel that i'm becoming a zombie. Nothing can really perk me up. Studies is the only thing that could occupy my mind now, and even when I go out, I don't even feel like having fun and I felt that what i'm doing is wrong because I ought to be studying and NOT playing.
I dont even get much rest time as per usual... Sigh. Is this the life of a O level candidate? ;x
I'm getting worried about the part around my abdomen ever since the painful incident 2 days ago, and my stomach felt bloated. Don't feel like going for a check up too. Haha.
Apart from studying, went for pool today, which I enjoyed myself a little, but still have a very weird feeling, as if i shouldn't be playing right now...
On the other hand... HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!!!
Had celebration for teachers' day in school! The concert delayed due to fire drill, but it was pretty fun! The poem that our group did won the first prize and I even went up to read out the poem! Freaking nervous, but I did it ;D
So on this special occasion, I'd like to make use of this chance to thank some teachers whom had made an impact to my life ;D
Mrs Yeo!
You're seriously an impressive English teacher! Everyday, i'll look forward to your lesson, because it's one of the few lessons that I had enjoyed a lot. You never failed to motivate me by relating your personal experience. For instance, you highlighted that you're from a chinese speaking family, and yet you are able to converse fluently in English! This is something that thrived my determination to work hard on my English because I, too, came from a chinese-speaking family. In your class, I'll never get bored. Your sarcasm is what that keeps me awake because it's always so interesting. When you go through worksheets with us, you'd do it so thoroughly and meticulously by highlighting common O level vocabulary as well as frequent mistakes. This allowed us to bear it in our mind and correct our mistakes. Through your conscientious teaching, and care&concern towards your student, you're one such teacher that left a footprint in my life. Thank you so much, really, Mrs Yeo. ;D
Mr Ngiow!
Ever since sec 3, I can't remember you scolding us. You always use care towards your student. I admit that i'm a maths idiot, but you have never ever give up on me, yet you continue to guide me, even if I asked the dumbest question. Your lessons are very systematic, and I totally love your teaching style because it can be easily absorbed since you always guide us along with detailed explanations and you'd give us questions starting from the easiler questions followed by the challenging ones. And now, we're doing self-revision. I have always been bombarding you with questions, and I am truly thankful for you helping me out, even though sometimes I can never get it in my head and have to approach you for numerous time. You have always shown patience towards all your students, and make sure we're all keeping pace. If I ever get a distinction for either of my maths, you deserves the MOST credits! Thank you Mr Ngiow! You truly one great Maths teacher.
Definitely, there are so many teachers that I wanted to thank, Mrs Wee, Mrs Chuah, Mrs Er, Mdm Tay!!!, Mr Wee, Mrs Ram, Ms Tan.... and all the teachers who taught me, or have not taught me before. I sincerely wished you all a very HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!
